Summary: To Jack, the rain didn't have the feeling of loneliness and sorrow anymore. From then on, when it rained Jack always had the feeling of love.
A/N: this is my first attempt at a Jack/Will slash and as it is my first Pirates of the Caribbean fanfiction *GASP*, well anyway feedback is welcomed. hope you like it. This randomly came to me, while it was raining out the other day, so i had to get it down on paper before the idea left my brain.
Jack lay awake in his cabin, just staring at the wall. It was raining out and Jack was sulking, like he always did when it rained. It had been a year since he left Port Royal, a year since he left a certain blacksmith. Every time it would rain, Jack would find himself , thinking of Will. His heart ached for Will, but he knew that the pain would never go away.
Last he saw of Will Turner he was standing on the ledge of the fort kissing his strumpet. That image always made Jack upset, how he wished that it was him Will kissed and not Elizabeth. But he knew that there was no way, that would happen, Will loved Elizabeth, not Jack.
Jack got up off his bed, and started to search the room for the one thing that could make him feel better, buried in a corner of the room was just the thing that Jack needed; RUM! He took the full bottle, uncorked and downed the bottle in one gulp. After drinking the rum, Jack fell back on his bed and let sleep claim him. Sleeping was always a refuge for Jack, because he always had the same dream over and over, it was that Will felt the same way as Jack did.
Jack woke up to someone knocking at his cabin door, he muttered under his breath something along the lines of, 'Whoever woke me up, is gonna regret it' as he made his way to the door. Before he opened it, he asked,"Who is it?"
Jack got no answer, only another knock. So he opened the door to find, the person he least expected on the other end. Jack just stared at the man on the other side of the door. For the first time ever Captain Jack Sparrow was speechless. For a few moments all he could do was stare, he finally broke the silence when he managed to say one word, "Will!"
The two men looked at each other , not saying a word, and letting their facial expressions speak for them. Eventually Jack made his move, he moved closer to Will and captured his mouth in a passionate kiss. As Will kissed Jack back, it started to rain. To Jack, the rain didn't have the feeling of loneliness, and sorrow anymore. From then on , when it rained Jack always had the feeling of love.
